FINAL DIARY!!!!!

Ok so I know you guys are expecting this diary to be some wild and crazy spectacular novel but it's not going to be. LOL. just thought I'd get that out there in the open. I have been working ten hour days the past week and moving into the condo in between as well. I have been a very physically and mentally exhausted little boy.

So, Ryan has officially moved in all of his belongings from his old place. He cheated though and got movers. Thank god he did though because we would NOT have been able to move his piano just the two of us. My god that sucker is HEAVY! lol. And all I have left ot move in is what few things I have left in my closet and under the bed. OH! and of course I can't forget about cleaning out my cabinet in the kitchen. You know my fat ass likes to eat!

Anyways, the place is coming together rather nicely. We have the sofa being delivered on Monday and we had the bed delivered yesterday. so all thats left now is the dining and storage and a coffee table...oh yeah and an armoir for the entertainment in the living room. Goodness, I forget sometimes just how much goes into a place.lol

As for leaving the house I'm saddened that it has come so soon. I'm not really happy about leaving so soon but I'm ready to take that next step in mine and Ryan's relationship. I'm going to miss Zac and Jon and Clay. With Zac it was more of a business transaction or so it felt. Not that I had any problems with Zac but I understand why he is the way he is with CBL. I'm going to miss the hell out of Jonathan and the way we made fun of people together. I'll never forget this one time at band camp....no I'm just kidding. I really have built many memories here at CBL. Good and bad. And I've learned a lot in my time with CBL.

I am very appreciative of the opportunity that i was given to be here. It gave me the chance to learn about myself and others and to get myself back on my feet. And I can't forget the most important part, had I not moved in here I wouldn't have met Ryan. But it really has taught me how to deal with so many different types of people, in chat and and the house.

I'm very happy also that I was able to give Clay the same opportunity I was given. I'm sad that I have to leave before he does but he can live on my legacy so to speak. lol. He truly is my twin in many aspects. I hope that he is able to one day reach the state of happiness that I have reached through my time spent here with CBL. I also hope that he can use it to his benefit and not be trapped into the whole CBL bubble as I like to call it. Him and Tom seem to be working well together so I wish them happiness and good times together. I have kinda shown Clay the path and given him the light to guide him now it's his time to walk the path and see where it leads him.

And since I just thought about it why not give you like a small recap of what has happened in the past six months....hmmmmm lets see where do i begin. lol. Well I came to CBL hung out at the parties for a month before I was accepted. I quit my red lobster job and went buck wild for a month. I met Ryan and fell madly in love. I switched jobs three times and now work back at my old job (411). And now Ryan and I have a place of our own and I'm going off into the big bad world to make my own life. There ya go, that about sums it all up right there. lol

I also wanted to say thank you to the members. Without you guys, this place would not be possible. And I wouldn't have been able to be a part of it. So, thank you. You guys really are the best group of people I have ever had the opportunity to meet. Granted there are a few sick and twisted ones out there but I love you guys too. It's the off ones that keep this world balanced just remember that! lol. I would know, I'm one of em! but truly, this has been a very rewarding experience that I will never forget and it's almost all because of you guys so again I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming into my life and being a part of it. I hope that I have been as good to you guys as you have been to me. And I hope that you have enjoyed me sharing my life with you cuz I have certainly enjoyed you guys being a part of mine. I wish you all love, health, happiness, and laughter in your lives wherever you are and whatever you're doing.

I hope that you guys don't forget about me when I'm gone. Cuz, I won't forget about you. Thank you for the third and last time for everything!

almost my final diary :(

Well it is official Ryan and I have a sofa! lol we found one at rooms to go and its very purtyful. Unfortunately, it's going to set us back roughly $1,000. We put a down payment on it yesterday, and are hopeful to have it paid off and delivered within the next 3 weeks. We searched about 10 stores before settling down on one we liked. It's a sectional, brown, contemporary and very comfortable. The next few things that we're going to have to work on are a dinette set and a coffee table.

The days are flying by now, like cows in a twister. I can't believe that 6 months have come and gone. It just seems like yesterday that I whipped my dick out and jacked off in front of everyone for the first time. I just sat down last night and figured out my days and I only have seven days left of chat and one final diary to do after this one. So, y'all better get in my chats to get your last times to see and talk to me.

The anticipation of moving in is killing me too. We have already set up for movers to come out this weekend and move all the big stuff for us. We're going to have to make several trips with both of our stuff to the new place. Ryan has his stuff and furniture and i have my stuff at the house, my old apartment and the rest at my parents. So, I'll have several stops to make this week so that we're not without. IKEA is becoming our new best buddy, although cash is sweeter than honey. Hint Hint - birthday is coming up.... and may I might add that there hasn't been a CBL to completely finish their 6 month contract in this house in years! I think some type of reward should be given. Not that I'm being pushy, but come on... I set out to do something, and I did it. Good job. Pat on the back. Rim my wukkie.

Although I can honestly say that I'm NOT going to miss Claire or the dogs. lol. I love the fact of how all this new stuff is coming into the house conveniently as I am leaving. I am thoroughly awaiting the days when I can do what I want when I want and not have to answer to anyone. Although, I always need to answer to Ryan (as he sits reading over my shoulder as I write this). I'm scared. Send help. Mommy. j/k.

I hope that cbl can find some worthy candidates to take my place when I leave. I mean they already have someone worthy (Clay) but good luck on finding others, apparently all the new apps keep backing out so good luck there. I guess people don't like the idea of living with mommy and daddy, a.k.a. zac and jonathan. I think one thing that they forget is that yes, it is a business, but the people who help run the business are human beings with feelings. And that is completely over looked. I understand that business is business, but showing a little more personality and concern never hurt anyone. Maybe one of the members can sign up? Go ahead and try boys!!

I also got my job back with 411. So no more vacation package selling for me and back to "What city and state please?" I am very pleased with myself for getting that job back cuz now I'm full time and have benefits again! YAY!

Here's a list of the top ten things I learned while living at CBL:

1) I'll never live with 6 people under one roof again
2) Someone is always watching
3) If you like it a lot, hide it. (esp. food and cigarettes)
4) Dogs are the biggest pain in my ass and I'll never own one
5) Ear plugs can prove to be helpful. (Clair)
6) Never sit naked on a leather couch for more than 1 hour.
7) Be careful where you step, there's doggie surprises.
8) The word privacy does not exist.
9) Sleeping in only accounts to 10am, if you're lucky.
10) You'll never run out of condoms and lube here.

However, despite all this, whenever you need someone to talk to about anything, the greatest thing is that you don't have just one person, but an entire group of people willing to listen and help: THE MEMBERS. You are all the best. Love you all and hope to see every last one of you before I leave.

Countdown.....after this diary I only have but two left to write. What a pitiful sentiment huh? lol. No seriously though, Time is Really going to start flying by now. Ryan and I have officially found us a place and we are going to be moving things in starting the fifteenth! OMG! I'm like totally buggin! So, my friend Daryl was like OMG! you've GOT to see this place it's totally bitchin! so i was like ok. So, I like went to cruise this bitchin place out right, and i was totally like OMG! it's totally bitchin I HAVE to have it! And then HE was like, but then I was like and then WE were like but anyway......

Sorry, I just couldn't resist a valley girl moment. On a more serious note, we have settled on the condo. It's absolutely beautiful. Hard wood floors through the house, Berber carpet in the bedrooms, and tile in the bathrooms and laundry room. I'm LOVIN it! brand new kitchen and appliances as well. They just got done renovating it so everything is brand spankin new.

Oh, yeah and as you all know I went to North Carolina for a week to visit family period(.) end of paragraph
and that's all I have to really say about that.

No I'm just joshin ya! lol the visit was really good and much needed. It was great to see my lil sis again. She's almost taller than me now and wearing bras and WOW. lol I also got to see some family that I haven't seen since I was like ten and even got to meet family that I've never met before. It was creepy.

well, well well how many more of these diaries do i have left? i think maybe 5. I'm so excited and scared at the same time. Not knowing what the future has to hold is rather scary at times. However, I have faith in mine and Ryan's relationship. Time will tell where we end up.

On a happier note Ryan and I did absolutely NOTHING this past weekend. Marmaduke is my favorite comic strip. We spent the weekend at my dads house and ryan's apartment. We were doing shots and grilling nude at my Dad's house. Don't worry we had the house to ourselves...lol Ryan almost decided to grill some "sausage." MMMM I love a hot sausage with peppers and onions.

I also got my haircut this weekend. It was about damn time, it was reaching the point where I couldn't do anything with it. How much wood could a wood chuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?? hmmm...
And I also learned that Absinthe is not meant to be drank as a shot! lol I'll never make that mistake again!

We also got our film developed from our previous trips too. We have some from St. Augustine and Halloween as well and just some fun ones too. We have this really cool one from our little ghost tour that we went on that has a face in the picture. Me and Ryan were standing underneath the Lover's Tree which of course has an old tragic love story behind it. But the really cool part about the picture is that we happened to capture an image of a face. Did you know that when preying mantis' are done mating the female bites off the head of the male? what a bitch!

Todays marks only 4 days until I leave for North Carolina. I will be gone from the 24th to the 29th. I am so happy and so excited that I will be seeing my sister and family. I miss her so much. I haven't seen them in 5 years. I heard it's cold up there, so I better take a few jackets, especially my faux fur one named Billy. I hope to see some snow, cuz I have never seen it except on television or during oral sex.

The details of my life are quite inconsequential. ? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Some times he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy, the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical, summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds, pretty standard really. At the age of 12 I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen, a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum, it's breathtaking really, I suggest you try it.

As for the specially challenged people in the house, it seems everyone is happy. Bitter Betty(a.k.a.:Jonathan) seems a bit chipper now like his heart grew a little bit like the Grinch. But, enough about Minnesota. Zac has some great ideas going around for chat. Y'all should vote for it. I am definitely for the ability to move around the house for chats. That would not only make life easier on this end, but also be interesting for all the chats. Vote, now. Clay has Tom. Tom has Clay. Any more information would be lethal. For your own protection, they are currently being monitored for any suspicious activity by the mother ship.

and as for the mating rituals between turtles, well thats all i have to say about that. lol. Despite the fact that this diary is completely random I hope it has brought humor into your day by reading this excerpt in the life of Marshall Simmons head CBL boi for the next few weeks. Wow! time is really flying by now. It feels like I just did this the other day but I must be having fun if it's flying by right? at least things seem to be running smoothly so far though.

Ryan and I have been looking at properties on the weekends for the past few weeks. We have found a couple of really nice places and we've found some really not so nice places. I think for the most part though we have made up our minds as to where we want to move into. The only problem that we are facing at this point is the money factor and availability. It's going to cost us a little more than we expected and the time they want us to move in is a little sooner than expected as well. I know that if we did decide on the place that it would be really tight for the first few months financially but i know it will be worth it in the long run.

Not to mention I'm taking a trip up to North Carolina in a few weeks to see my sister for her birthday. So thats taking a pretty big chunk out of my savings for the apartment. I wanted to go up to see my sister and family members because I haven't seen them in almost 5 years now. Every time I talk to my mom about it she keeps trying to make me postpone it because I keep getting the feeling that she doesn't want me there.

Mom just recently found out about me being gay. When I'm around that side of the family, I'm a totally different person. So, when I told my mom I was interested in men she of course was not too fond of the idea. She basically told me that I need to snap out of whatever phase I'm going through and bring a girlfriend home soon and give her some grandkids! lol! I told her not a snowballs chance in hell.

I also told her that I'm now 23 years old and I don't think I go through "phases" anymore. And also that I'm the happiest I think I've ever been in my life. so she either needs to accept it or not. But, either way she needs to make up her mind and quit giving me guilt trips about it. I love her to death but she really needs to respect me as a person and respect my wishes in life and support me like she almost always has in previous times.

But, anyway, as far as the house goes I couldn't really tell you whats been going on. I know Clay celebrated his birthday on Saturday but I have absolutely no idea as to what he did. And as for the other boys i really have no idea whats been going on with them. Zac is always couped up in the office like a bat in a cave. Jonathan is taking care of the horses and going to his physical therapy appointments.

As far as the Tampa house, I hope that those boys stay there for longer than most boys have been. As in longer than a month or so. LOL! I think that having Chaz out there helps a considerable amount. He can help the boys stay in line and not go wild and crazy (in a bad way).

As for the chats I'm going to be chatting the same that I have been all 11-1's this week and I have no idea what days off I'm going to take. Probably Saturday so that Ryan and I can go looking at apartments again just to keep our options open. But like I said earlier, I think we have found the place we want. Hello again yous guys. Happy New Year to you all as well. Hope yours was as nice and relaxing as mine was. I'm also wondering what everyones new years resolutions are as well. A few of mine just to mention some are moving in with Ryan and quitting smoking this year.

As far as one of my new years resolutions with moving in with Ryan seems to be running pretty smoothly. This weekend Ryan and I went checking out properties. We found a couple of nice ones and a couple of not so nice ones. We actually found one that we completely fell in love with. I have a strong feeling that that is going to be the one we go with. But only time will tell so we shall see where we end up when my contract ends in February.

as far as quitting smoking, thats a whole other story. Ryan and I made a pact to quit smoking together when we move in together. We said we would wait for me to move out of cbl so i dont have the temptation of EVERYONE around me smoking since jonathan and clay and almost everyone else smokes here. Plus there is nothing like a smoke break when your moving furniture and into a new place. lol! so wish us luck with quitting.

While Ryan and I were out apartment hunting we stopped at tu tu tangos for some lunch with my cousin Brittany. She was one of the very few that I didn't get to see over the holidays. So, I drug Ryan out to lunch with me and her so they could meet eachother as well. They hit it off pretty well. We had some good laughs and of course some good eating over lunch. And guess what?! i got Ryan to try more different foods. They had duck this time so I got him to try it and of course he didnt like it. but at least i tried. lol

As far as whats been going on at the house I really couldn't tell you. Haven't really been keeping up with whats going on here. Jonathan is usually going to his appointments and feeding the horses and zac is always couped up in the office like a bat in a cave. And Clay has been out and about hanging out a lot with D. Wonder whats going on there?

I did happen to catch D carrying Clay in drunk again the other night. We both had a conversation outside about whats going on between those two. Apparently D is in interested in Clay. Im not sure as to how Clay feels about D but I can tell you noe that Clay isn't ready for it. So, We shall see where this progresses.

Keep your eyes peeled for me around the house during the week and i will have the same chats that i have been. BTW, Work is going phenominal! im making some good money and averaging two sales a day! anyways i will be seeing you guys around the house and in chat! love you all! muah!

Well hello again bois and girlz. It feels like I just did this a few days ago but oh well. I must be having fun because time has flown by faster than i Clay goes through guys. We shall see what this coming week has to offer.

I hope everyones Christmas was as good as mine was. Of course I really wanted Ryan to be here but he was visiting family up in Connecticut. As you all probably saw last night, Ryan made it home safely. I picked him up from the airport at 11 pm. I know it was kinda late but we still managed to take care of some things last night. lol. We went and picked up his car as he has to go to work today :( but its ok he will be back soon to give me more of that hot lovin he gave last night.

As for my Christmas, it went very well. I was house hopping this year. We drove down to Avon Park and visited with my grandparents for Christmas Eve. It was really nice seeing them again even though I just saw them on Thanksgiving. Of course they spoiled us again and made a HUGE breakfast when we got there. Then, from that house we made it out to my uncles house for a few hours to chill and hang out with him and his girlfriend. After that we made it back to our house.

Once we made it back home it was close to midnight so Dad made us a fire in the fireplace and we sat up for about an hour waiting for midnight. I made us some spiked eggnog for the time we were waiting. So, come time to open presents we were all feeling pretty good. lol. It was really cool though that we did our Christmas at midnight, we haven't done that in four years. It's kinda cool when you do it that way because you have all the excitement of opening your presents late and staying up late, but then on Christmas day, you can sleep in and enjoy your presents all day. I love it.

So, Christmas day we went to visit my step moms family. Our first stop was her moms house and we had breakfast with them there. opened a few more presents and then we took her and her sister with us over to my aunt Cathy's house. I got to see my cousins and my cousins new husband. It was a great visit. I always love going to see them b/c they were the family that i grew up with. Plus I haven't seen them since Christmas of last year, so it was wonderful to catch up with them. Oh and of course we ate there too. lol. We ate everywhere we went this year.

As for all my goodies this year I got mostly gift certificates and money. Which is perfect. I love money and I can always use gift cards wherever. I've already done some of my shopping though. I can't wait to celebrate Christmas with Ryan though. I'm still curious as to what he got me. I hope he got me some new sex toys for "playtime." Either way I'm just glad he's back home and I would take that as a Christmas present.

Anyways guys, thats pretty much all that happened this past week. Of course with me working this next week i will have late night chats again. Happy New Years to you all and i will be catching up with you soon in chat i hope. Keep your fingers crossed that i make four more sales so i can hit goal for the month at work.
